Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Shall search for possible markets for a respective product of responsibility and shall generate market segment reports for each brand of responsibility.
  • Shall expand the scope of market coverage of respective product of responsibility by providing list of potential leads to the sales team and visiting closable qualified leads for his/her brand of responsibility.
  • Shall determine existing and possible future competition on a particular equipment/ product of responsibility and develop sales strategy to counter measure activities by providing the sales department with the list competitors. Complete information such as brands, features, advantages and disadvantages, origin, local distributor and price of equipment/ product of responsibility must be included and shall be updated at least once a year.
  • Shall closely coordinate through arranged visit and/ or constant communication with principal supplier of the equipment/ product of responsibility for any market update.
  • Shall conduct sales seminars on a particular industry on initiative to further develop market recognition and acceptance.
  • Communication with principal in terms of particular marketing application of assigned brand/products.
  • Do research on market segments, trends, competition, strategies, and counteract to increase market share and profitability.
  • Manage both sales and marketing activities for each brand of responsibility.
  • Shall aim for product recognition, familiarity and dependability within its industry of use by giving seminars for a particular market and participating in conventions at least annually.
  • Shall be responsible in achieving annual internal and principal targets for each brand of responsibility through the Sales Team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineer
  • Must have at least 2 years working experience in Industrial Laboratory, Product presentation, Quality Assurance or Control
  • Computer Literate
  • Willing to do field work
  • Can work in Kapitolyo, Pasig
  • Can start ASAP

Product Application Specialist
