APPLICATION SPECIALIST (BIOMED)

Responsibilities:

•Provides Product presentation to customers and sales people
•Provides Configuration of product offer to customers prior to quotation
•Assists in Marketing Activities for the brands assigned
•Conduct demonstration and operation of all GBC BIOMEDICAL equipment such as Histopathology Equipment upon customer’s request
•Conduct in-house application trainings for TSRs.
•Monitor all existing installations.
•Provide immediate in-house technical support to customer upon request.
•Shall follow up on use and maintenance of an equipment/product of responsibility through visits to clients with installations.
•Shall maintain harmonious and productive business relationship with the clients through a strong sense of commitment and responsibility in their line of work through visits to clients with installations.

•Shall exercise courtesy and respect to the client and his/her colleagues.

•Other tasks that maybe assigned.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of Medical Technology
•Must have at least 1 year working experience in Medical Laboratory, Product presentation, Quality Assurance or Control
•Computer Literate
•Willing to do field work
•Can work in Capitol, Pasig
•Can work in both Visayas and Mindanao region
•Can start ASAP

APPLICATION SPECIALIST(INDUSTRIAL)

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

•Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engr., Biology, Food Technology
•Must have at least 1 year working experience in  Product presentation, Quality Assurance or Control
•Computer Literate
•Willing to do field work
•Can work in Cebu
•Can work in Mindanao
•Can start ASAP

SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

•To handle PMS, PDI and diagnostic procedures of all GBC general equipment.
•To handle job orders of GBC general equipment in Luzon.
•To handle urgent job orders within 48 hour call window time including weekends with corresponding overtime pay (for work accomplished only excluding time of travel).
•To accept training, local and abroad, in relation to all equipment that GBC is selling accompanied by a service contract.
•To report regularly and cooperate fully with company protocols and procedures, both written and verbal, to ensure highest level of service rendered and productivity.
•To submit all necessary reports and certifications on time to clients and to in-house required documentation for reference and file.
•To study technical and application aspect of every GBC product to ensure continuous learning.
•Learn and understand instrument / equipment functionality and application.
•Maintain communication and continuously coordinate with the service coordinator regarding Job Requests and work schedule.
•Perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance on all GBC equipment.
•Remove, dismantle, overhaul/repair and install Industrial, Clinical and Biomedical instrument/machine or systems, measuring, recording and diagnostics equipment whether onsite or in the office premises.
•To perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site, as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns.
•To perform calibration, preventive maintenance contracts, pre-installation visits and generate report and calibration certificate on services done.
•To assist internal clients and/or outside clients to perform setup, installation software upgrade and functionality test.
•To attend to internal Job Request, schedules as may be assigned by the Service Manager.
To maintain and compile service history report either electronically and/or hardcopy on maintenance system, such as work order activities, materials and spares, failure reports and equipment failure statistics, regular activity report at the right time following strict compliance to written report submission timeline/schedule and to submit the same when needed without prejudice to confidentiality.
•To perform task as maybe assigned.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Graduate of ECE, Mechanical Engr. or Instrumentation 
•With high electronic and electrical skills and understanding
•Experience in Analytical laboratory equipment is a must
•Fast learner with minimum supervision
•With good oral and written English communication skills
•Highly motivated (Intrinsic)
•Can start ASAP
•Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
•Willing to be assigned in Cebu
•Willing to be assigned in Davao
 
Must be able to do the following:
•Diagnose, Repair, Maintain/Calibrate the industrial and or medical equipment in short span of time.
