X-600 Six-Position Electric Fusion Fluxers

The six-position fluxer is an automated system for high-demand labs, enabling fast, accurate sample preparation for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis in geochemistry, mineralogy, and metal analysis, with precise temperature control and excellent reproducibility.

Built with the most demanding lab in mind, the six-position fluxers combine speed, accuracy, safety, and a robust design for unparalleled results. Easily process six samples simultaneously for up to 30 samples an hour. Dynamic Temperature Profile (DTP) control and automatic power calibration help maintain excellent temperature uniformity across all six positions. Entirely automated system provides outstanding reproducibility. User-adjustable holding temperature feature allows the temperature between fusions to be maintained to minimize initial ramping time.

Fluxers do not use propane or LPG so there are no pipes and no risk of gas leakage or open flames. An integrated auto-locking safety shield with viewport offers added protection. A tiltable control panel and a color LCD touch-screen interface with icons and menus make it simple to operate. Select from five languages and use preloaded or customized fusion methods. Preloaded programs include oxide, metal, solution, peroxide, anneal and ramping. Constant display of temperature makes it easy to monitor the progress. Easily update firmware via USB connection. Heating elements are resistant to flux and chemical attacks, dramatically reducing downtime. Cartridge-style heating elements can be changed individually and will not become brittle.
